Wielding a paintbrush, the role of these creative professionals is to create an artistic rendering that perfectly captures the final piece. Unlike designers, who sketch pieces before they are produced, gouache artists work during the manufacturing stage. They are responsible for depicting a piece of jewelry as accurately as possible (volume, materials, color, technical features, etc.).
Main tools: a sheet of gray paper, a marten-hair brush and extra-fine gouache paint.
Once completed, the gouache rendering is placed in the Maison’s archives.
